To provide an education that educates individuals who think multidimensionally with their intellectual aspect, produce, share, use and present ideas, interpret these values with reference to our cultural values from a point of view in accordance with the principles of contemporary art history and put forward original cultural and art history research.

The Art History Department will transfer the accumulation of past cultures and civilizations located in the geography and periphery where we live, Turkish Architecture and Art to future generations and will train elements who will enable the formation of a modern Turkish Art and Architecture in the modern world and will contribute to the scientific world by developing different perspectives through new academic studies.
