Duties and Responsibilities: The Board will hold a meeting in the second week of May every year with the Department's infrastructure (classrooms, library, computer lab. faculty member rooms v.s) Evaluates the efforts to improve the shortcomings. Detects new deficiencies. He/she submits the report, which also contains solution proposals, to the Coordination Board by the end of May.
